• 4 state of the art dance studios equipped with professional hard sprung flooring, mirrors, and sound.
• Install lights into theater space
• A retail store to sell dancewear and other goods from local vendors in our community.
• The facilities will be available for other arts organizations, artists, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses to use and serve as a hub for collaboration and support with a priority on uplifting and supporting Black artists.
• Establish living wages for our staff, increase hours worked, and hire additional program and support staff to continue to carry the vision.
